They are known as the "Five Prophets" and portray Biblical figures Moses, David, Daniel, Hosea and Jonas. The windows have survived more than nine hundred years. Today at Classical Glass we employ the same techniques that were used to create those German windows. Our tools may be more advanced and our materials more consistently manufactured due to advances in modern technology but the same basic methods are still used. All pieces of glass are hand cut to precisely fit the hand-inked patterns. Medallions and details are painted by hand and each color is carefully fired in our kilns.
